1. Fast penetration results from the air piston blows transmitted directly to the DTH hammer, so practically no energy is wasted in rock breaking and the behavior of repeated breaking is reduced significantly.
2. Then, broken scrap rock will drop into mud and be discharged though pump by the form of reverse circulation.
3. The rotary drilling of the down the hole hammer can create efficiently flushing and clean holes in a short time.
4. The air consumption is 20-60m3/min, and the range of percussion power is from 1550J to 12000J.
5. The DTH hammer is by far the most versatile and can be used very successfully in a wide range of ground conditions from soft, through medium to very hard.
